Import media
Use Import at the top of Library to select an audio/video file, a video from Photos, a podcast or a ZIP containing supported audio files.
Transcription is unavailable
Check free storage, the presence of audio, the recognition language and your connection. Language resources may need to be downloaded. Podcast hosts can also cause failures. Note the displayed error rather than repeatedly adding the same material.
Transcript timing does not match
Podcast advertising can change the delivered audio. When the transcription audio is retained, Lupin plays that copy. Include the app version and steps you followed in a report.
Remove data
Swipe left on materials in Library or on bookmarks to delete them. Removing a material or transcription keeps saved bookmarks, notes, review history, schedules and cumulative study time. Explicitly removing a bookmark deletes its associated learning data. Listen and Practice can use speech synthesis in the original language when source audio is unavailable. Podcast bookmarks use saved original audio only on the device that created them. Synced devices always use on-device speech, even if the episode is available locally. Unknown creating devices and missing saved audio also use speech. Bookmark playback never downloads Podcast audio again. Original files and content at the publisher are not deleted.
A useful support report
Include the version shown in Settings, your iPhone model, iOS version, reproduction steps and error text. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal data. Crop screenshots to the relevant area.

Pricing and future paid features
Lupin is currently free to use. If paid plans are introduced, their features, prices and other conditions will be explained before purchase. See Pricing in the Terms of Use.
Lesson editing
Use the top-right ellipsis in Lesson to adjust the whole material playback range or edit sections. Range editing requires editable local source media; section editing also requires a transcription.
